Jared has worked for some of the most prestigious reining trainers and has been fortunate enough to ride some of the industries best horses. In 2003 Jared took a job working for Steve Simon at Quarter Mount Farm (home of Custom Crome, NRHA Million Dollar Sire) in Paxton, MA. After a year of gaining valuable experience there Jared was referred to top reining trainer Tim McQuay who offered him a job at McQuay Stables in Tioga,TX. As an assistant trainer there Jared continued improving his skills. His accomplishments have made him a known contender. Leclair Performance Horses was established in 2007. Jared says, “he feels privileged to be a part of the reining horse industry and is excited about sharing his knowledge so that others may reach their reining goals.”
